Overview
As the daughter of a well-respected Builder/Entrepreneur and an Architect, Andrea’s life has afforded her the gift of lifetime industry hands on experience and perspective. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Montana State University, Andrea went on to work for one of the largest cabinet manufacturers in the US, MasterBrand Cabinets in Hillsboro, OR. There she thrived in many different roles, but the one most influential to her path was becoming a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. During her time as a Six Sigma Black Belt she was also educated and certified in 5S and Lean. Andrea has been integral in bringing about necessary process and change to create success for the Commercial/Custom Cabinetry Division of Silver City. Andrea is a gifted Estimator and Project Manager who has a passion for a job done right making her an excellent Leader and Cabinet Designer.
